Unable to Send Order to the Kitchen

Problem Statement: 

Unable to Send Order to kitchen.


Error: 

After scanning the product when click on the Send Order button system gives the below error.



Solution: 

Login in Management Console.


1: Go To Operation Tab: Inventory >>> Product.


2: Search the product and click on the Edit Button.


3: Scroll down product master window there is a User Defined field “Is Print Kitchen Disabled”



If you want to Send the Order to the kitchen this field “Is Print Kitchen Disabled” should be unchecked.
