Unable to Send Order to Kitchen.
Problem Statement:
Unable to Send Order to kitchen.
Error:
After scanning the product when clicking on the Send Order button the system gives the error.
Solution:
Login in Management Console.
1: Go To Operation Tab: Inventory >>> Product.
2: Search the product and click on Edit Button.
3: Scroll down product master window there is a User Defined field “Is Print Kitchen Disabled”
If you want to Send the Order to the kitchen this field “Is Print Kitchen Disabled” should be unchecked.
