Unable to deactivate Master till
Product version:
iVend 6.6
Problem statement:
Unable to deactivate Master till from master till setup.
Symptom:
Clicking on the Active check box ( as marked above) does not changes the the status.
Cause:
In above situation , the master till which is being edited , must have been added/linked to some of the till in the system and the till would be in Use.
Proposed Solution/Workaround:
Need to close the till which has concerned master till mapped to it. Once done then deactivate till from master till setup.
