experiencing an integration issue during stock transfer, which appears to be caused by an item with an excessively long description.

Symptoms:
The following symptoms may be observed:
Product synchronization from SAP Business One to iVend fails.
Product events remain in a failed or stuck state within the integration queue.
The following error is recorded in the integration logs:
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated.The affected product is not updated or created in iVend.
Resolution / work around :
Step 1
Open the affected item in SAP Business One.
Step 2
Navigate to the item master data and review the Item Description field.
Step 3
Modify the item description and ensure that the total length does not exceed 100 characters.
Step 4
Save the item master changes in SAP Business One.
Step 5
Open the integration Failure monitor.
Step 6
Locate the failed product synchronization event.
Step 7
Retry or reprocess the failed event.
Step 8
Monitor the synchronization status and confirm that the event is processed successfully.
Step 9
Verify that the item details are successfully updated in iVend.
