Users are unable to apply Tax Free for a customer in POS.
The following error message is displayed:
"Sales Tax with 0 rate can't be applied for Tax Free customer."
Issue may occur while creating/selecting a new customer and attempting to apply Tax Free.
In some cases, the issue is not reproducible after reopening the customer record.
Open the affected Customer Card.
Verify whether the Tax Exempt checkbox is enabled.
If the customer is already marked as Tax Exempt, review the customer configuration before attempting to apply Tax Free, as the system may prevent changing the tax code for an already tax-exempt customer.
Restart the POS and test the transaction again.
