iVend Version 6.5 Update 6 with SAPB1 9.2
Customer has informed that when you do the sale transaction with Default Cash Customer (In Customer screen checked with 'Tax Free For Tax Inclusive Item Pricing' field) you are getting error message 'Current Transaction is marked as Tax Free while Selected Customer is not a Tax Free Customer' on POS.
Configuration Issue
1. Default Cash Customer which is mapped with store (checked with 'Tax Free For Tax Inclusive Item Pricing' field in Customer screen).
2. Another Customer which you are trying to change in POS (Not checked with 'Tax Free For Tax Inclusive Item Pricing' field in Customer screen) and while changing you are getting the error message 'Current Transaction is marked as Tax Free while Selected Customer is not a Tax Free Customer'.
In the above scenario point 1, Default Cash Customer should not be checked with 'Tax Free For Tax Inclusive Item Pricing' field in Customer screen. Please uncheck this field and save the screen.
now rename the pos log file and restart the POS . Check the scenario and let us know the update.
Your issue will be resolved.
Make proper configuration for the default cash customer.
