Reversal of Stock transfer integrated in SAPB1 if Integrated twice from iVend to SAPB1
This KM is for Internal Purpose Only for CitiXsys
Environment :
iVend 6.6 with SAPB1
Problem Statement :
Customer has informed that the stock transfer has been posted twice by user 'CXSiVend' to the SAP B1 while in iVend it is only one entry.
Symptoms :
Showing double in SAP Log.
Resolution/Work Around :
We have suggested to make reverse entry from SAP B1. Here is the steps mentioned below:
Considering the stock is impacted doubled in SAPB1 but there is correct stock in iVend.1) No one should work on SAPB1 Side , user can work in iVend.
2) There should be no pending events in OIVL/ITL1 to be integrated from SAPB1 to iVend.
3) Stop the Integration Service.
4) Ask customer to create reversal of document in SAPB1.
5) It will generate the integration inventory update and Integration events from SAPB1 to iVend .
6) Update OIVL and ITL1 SAPB1 table with Updating field U_CXS_IINV as 'X'.
7) if there is integration document event from SAPB1 to iVend, ignore it by updating CXSIntegration..RepIntegrationlog table.
8) Start the Integration Service.
Recommendations /Suggestion :
1) Ensure that there shouldn't be multiple integration service with Same SAPB1 andiVend Enterprise databases
2) Above steps has to perform on off hours.
