Payment processor giving error while taking payment on POS with payment type Credit Card

Problem statement :

Unable to complete credit Card payment on Point Of Sale.


When I tried to take credit card payment on POS system giving below error message.


 

The POS Log was capturing the below error message.

      <Message>Error occurred during initialize. 902 - Invalid Request Value</Message>

Symptoms: 

N/A

Resolution / work around :

Follow below steps to resolve the issue.


1: Login Store management Console.

2: Go To: Administration >> Retail Configuration >> Payment Processor.

3: Select Moneris Payment Process and open it in Edit mode.

4: Click on Config button and disable the “Initialize on Startup”

5: Restart POS and check.
