Loyalty uncheck for Store Cash Customers

Environment: 

iVend 6.6 7989 with SAPB1.


Problem Statement: 

Is it possible to Loyalty uncheck for Store Cash Customers


Workaround/Resolution:

Once the customer is created in iVend and its loyalty card is attached to a customer. 


Customers cannot be made non-loyalty customers. User can mark the customer inactive in iVend Loyalty Card Screen so Customer will be inactive from both screens i.e. Customer Screen & Loyalty Card Screen and POS cashier will not be able to use these customers. 


In Loyalty Plan Details User can specify (exclude) the Customers or Customer Groups and manage that way who can or cannot get the points
