Loyalty customers

Problem Statement:
After setting up loyalty Program user creates loyalty customer encounters an error message cannot select Loyalty Program.
Proposed Solution:
For the issue to get resolved need to check the box is Loyalty member and select the loyalty Program from drop down.
Steps:
For choosing customer as Loyalty customer
1. On management console chose Operations >> Business Partner >> Customer.
2. Chose the Desire Customer check the box is Loyalty member.
3. Select Loyalty Program from the drop Down.
4. The issue will get resolved.
