Problem Statement:- 

License File not found.

Problem Description:-

An issue comes to a specific user while using the Item matrix on the terminal server. 

Troubleshooting attempts :

-- Gave user full permission to the item matrix folder on the SQL Server and at
-- To the SAP folders under program files.
-- The exe files under the C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys are also allowed through the firewall. 
-- Checked the Item Matrix Add-on as well as License information for the user. 
-- Checked the "Users-Setup" settings for the user in SAP 

Symptoms : 

itemMatrix_Lite: Cannot find license file.No such file or directory.

Resolution/Work Around:

Once Item Matrix Add-on is there, it will show the item Matrix settings In the "Users - Setup" screen ;
It was enabled for that user. After this the SAP B1 user the user can login into the SAP B1 without any error.
