iVend Loyalty does not allocate points that are paid with the Loyalty payment method

Problem statement:


iVend Loyalty does not allocate points that are paid with the Loyalty payment method.

Eg: If we pay 200 dollars, 10 dollars is paid with loyalty points, 190 in cash, we must receive 190 points.

Proposed solution:

Kindly make below changes in your Loyalty plan and check. After this changes iVend Loyalty point can be allocated when paid with other than Loyalty Payment method .

Management console >> Loyalty >> Loyalty Plan >>  Loyalty plan details >> Then change the Criteria group from All to Bill Value
