Loyalty Points are Not Awarding

Problem statement

Loyalty Points are not awarding at one store; other stores are awarding points.

Environment

iVend Retail 6.6 7989 SAP 9.3 PL 06

Symptoms

It seems like a configuration issue related with Loyalty functions.

Resolution/Work Around:  Follow below steps to solve the issue.

1: Login in iVend Management Console.

2: Go to: Operations Tab>> Loyalty >> Click Loyalty Plan.

3: Check "Calculation Value" on the Loyalty Plan, the amount which you enter in this field make sure cashier selling the product with this price or greater than entered amount, check below screen.

4: Make sure Store is attach on the Loyalty Plan.

Go to: Operations >> Loyalty>> Loyalty Plan >> Applicable >> Click on Add Store button,

then search and add store, after adding the store, restart Point of sale and the perform the transactions to get a loyalty points.
