iVend hand held on version 6.5.6 error ""Failed to fetch security rights of logged in user."
Environment :
6.5 Update 6 with latest patch integrated with SAP B1 9.3 and Handheld version 1.2.4
Symptoms: Customer was installing Handheld version 1.2.4 with iVend 6.5 Update 6
Problem Statement:
At the time of validating the iVend hand held on version 6.5.6 it showing error.
""Failed to fetch security rights of logged in user."
Resolution/Work Around:
Current version of handheld on play store is 1.2.4 which is only compatible with iVend 6.6.
If require to iVend Handheld with iVend6.5.6 then download APK from below link
Recommendations /Suggestion:
Disable auto update for apps in play store otherwise next time whenever we will update our app, the customer app will also updated and same issue reproduce.
