Unable to Perform End Of Day from Point Of Sale.
Environment: iVend Retail 365
Problem statement: Configure End OF Day button for POS from the POS Layout in Management Console, however when clicked on End of Day button system gave the below error.
“User Does not have update access Object Id- Store"
Symptoms: POS Logged in user doesn’t have full rights in store configuration.
Resolution/Work Around: Follow below steps to solve the problem.
1: Login in Store Management Console.
2: Open Security User Screen, and search POS Logged in User ID.
Go to: Administration >> Authorization >> Security User. Search user here.
2: Open User in Edit Mode.
3: Check and open Security Roll by the lookup button […].
4: Click on Assign Security Rights button.
5: Make sure user has full rights in Retail Configuration Object.
