Item and Item price is not integrating from Sagex3 to iVend

Environment:

iVend 6.6  


Problem Statement:

 Item and Item price is not integrating from Sagex3 to iVend


Symptoms: 

When trying to update item description and item price from Sagex3, it is not updating to iVend Ho Database.


Reason/Cause:

This problem occurred due to RetailInitialization.xml file got corrupted under iVendSageX3Connector configuration folder


Resolution/Work Around:

Regenerate RetailInitialization.xml file under iVendSageX3Connector configuration folder.


After making the above mentioned changes the item description and prices are integrating successfully from sage x3 to iVend Ho Database.
