Item Price in ERP and iVend same but POS shows different price
Problem Statement:
User creating a sale with an item and the price of the product was 0.20. The price was changing on the pos screen while selecting the batch detail. After selection, the batch details the price getting change from 0.20 to 40.00.
Root Cause:
It was suspected that base price in iVend was correct as .20 however price column was showing 40 in iVend due to which user was facing the issue.
Resolution:
We asked customer to change the price in SAGE to 0.21 for few seconds and then revert back it to .20
Try to change some different Price in ERP and then verify in iVend HO.
