Integration events stucked from iVend to SAP as Integration log failure

Environment

iVend Version 6.5 update 6 with SAPB1 9.3

Problem Statement

 There were POS sales transaction events displaying in Integration failure without any error message

Resolution/Work Around

The event was creating integration logs at the integration failure monitor. We have checked all fail transaction records in the   database . We noticed that customer has two different servers one was production and the second one was a test server and both were integrated with the same configuration as well. That is the reason for reflecting the failure records in the integration failure monitor with no error message.

Recommendations /Suggestion

It is suggested not to configure Multiple integration service and if it is , it may lead to data inconsistency between SAPB1 and iVend such as masters or inventory
