Problem statement :
Customer facing below integration error from iVend to SAP for Goods Receipt transaction:
"System Exception: DI: 1470000373 - Item P013395 is frozen in warehouse
Symptoms:
Product quantity was freeze for the the problematic warehouse in SAP Item Master.
Resolution / work around :
Unfreeze the quantity for the problematic product against mentioned warehouse in SAP item master and then retry the records in integration monitor.
Follow below steps to resolve the issue.
1: Login to SAP
2: Go To: Modules >> Inventory >> Item Master Data.
3: Select Problematic Item.
4: Click on Inventory Data and then release the quantity in column "Frozen In"
