Increasing the Validity of System Generated GC
Environment:
iVend 6.6 with SAP B1
Query:
System generated Gift certificate Validity Days.
There is a concern raised by the customer that they are trying to extend the validity of a System Generated GC thorough import but unable to do so and getting the below error :
"System Generated Gift Certificate cannot be created through import."
Resolution/Work Around:
Our system is designed in such a way that it won't allow to extend the validity for the System Generated GC can not be update.
It will be working with the new System Generated GC
