GC import error "Mandatory mapping for the field is required. Field Name - GiftCertificateKey"

Problem Statement:

GC import error "Mandatory mapping for the field is required. Field Name - GiftCertificateKey"

Cause: 

This error may occur due to the following reasons: -

  1. Wrong GC import template.

  2.  The problem may be related to the customer's database because the GC import sheet doesn't ask for the Gift Certificatekey.

Propose Solution: 

Use the attached GC import template. In case the issue persists, then please try to import the GC at any other machine.
