Issue
The customer has a problem with the connection status color of the stores. Replication connection status at the replication dashboard from stores to HO appears in Green but from HO to stores the status color is in Black.
Below are the screenshots for the same:

IIS WebSocket was installed on all machines but it still has the same color.
Troubleshooting Steps
1) Ensure that the socket protocol is enabled on the HO server.
2) Start-stop the web application and the app pool at least after WebSockets are enabled, and then reconnect the client.
The signal R automatically detects which is the most appropriate protocol and then uses that to connect.
If after these steps still get the same issue then try to restart the entire environment.
Resolution
All the above steps followed however and the issue did not resolve.
Then the customer had to uninstall the iVend and re-installed it with the newest installer found on the Knowledge Base page and with this, the problem was solved.
