How to import and export Customer Balance and Credit Limit
Problem Statement:
How to Export and import Customer Balance and Credit Limit amount
Solution:
Please follow below steps
Step 1 :
Login HO MC and go to Administration -> Application Setup-->Export Data -> Select Order Type as Accounts Receivables
Step 2:
Click on Ok and Search the customers and Export the Account Receivable data in Excel file
Step 3:
Make changes as per your requirement in excel file in as per below screenshot
Step 4 :
After save the changes Import the same excel file from import Data option
This will Update the Customer Balance and Credit limit.
Note : We recommend you to test this process first on Test Environment and then apply it on Production
