Export and Import Security Rights

Export and Import Security Rights

Security Role is added to the object type of Import data and Export Data. This

means that Security rights can be exported from one system and can be imported

into another system.

Benefit

Security roles can be easily ported from one system to another to maintain the same

access levels across the stores in an enterprise

On the Security Rights screen Access Level "Full" is renamed to "Yes" which means

full rights assigned to user and Access Level "No" means no rights assigned to user.

Note: When "Yes" option in Access Level is selected for listed Rights, "Visible in

MC" checkbox will be selected automatically and cannot be unselected manually.

Export of Security Role is added to the export data object type on Data Export
