: The customer has a credit limit of 67 479.66 and an Order Balance of 3 280.00. The balance of the credit limit is -67 479.66 and yet POS still giving an error that the customer balance
exceeds credit limit.
Proposed solution: Set the credit limit according to your requirement.
Steps to follow:- Please follow the below steps for this:
1.In management console >> Go to Operations > Business Partner > Customer.
2. Select the customer for which you want to make on-account payment.
3.In customer select the account detail and set the credit limit according to your requirement.
