How to debug Error related with store initialization

How to debug Error related with store initialization

Environment : iVend 6.6  integrated With SAPB1

Problem Statement : During the store initialization an error message has been encountered while configuring the Replication service for the store and the store were not initialized. Below is the attached error.

 

Symptoms: NA

Resolution/Work Around:-Below are the step to find root cause of issue

 

1.Create a test database by create restore store database.

 

2.Copy backup from Enterprise database and rename extension from .backup to .sql.It will show warning message click on Yes

 

 

3.Open the zip file and copy the script.sql in sql and execute.

 

 

4.It will show the exact error which are coming on excute.Click on Error it will show table name in which error is coming.

 

 

 

 

5.In this case issue is due to some custom table  and trigger created .Issue resolved after delete custom table  and trigger created.
