How to add users in Watch List

iVend 6.6


Short Description:

How to add users in the watch list.


Product Query:

We have only one login for your portal. However different users need to submit different requests. We are fine with one login, but at least we need to be able to notify the original owner of the request. Your watch list does not give that option.


It suggests a bunch of people who left the company a long time ago and does not allow to include other people. How to add users which are not in the suggested drop-down list?


Resolution/Work Around:

There are 2 options where you can include other people in the watchlist.


  1. You can share details of a particular owner. We can add that owner to the watchlist on your behalf.

  2. Every ticket has an auto generated response in email so you can add that owner in CC of that response of email.
