A complete workflow based table order management system is available, where orders can be managed in a visual table layout on the POS for more efficiency. Users can create, close, cancel, complete, link, move and load orders on the POS from the Dine-in View. The visual layout shows tables in different configurable colors based on their service status.
Quick order management allows fast order preparation for quick service restaurants. Users can sell items directly from the POS, bypassing the complete Dine-in process. The Kitchen will still be notified for the order items that need to be prepared in the same way as they are for Dine-in.
Multiple split bill configurations are available, including manual amounts, by seat, by course, by product group and evenly. Split bills can be previewed and then generated. The Table will be marked as open, once all the bills have been settled.
During service or the order process, tables can be moved. All order items can be moved from an occupied table to a vacant table.
During ordering or the billing cycle, multiple table(s) can be linked. This allows for the ordering and paying from a parent table with service being performed on different tables simultaneously.
Unlimited virtual tables and bar tabs can be created to accommodate customers during peak service hours. Quick service restaurants can use virtual tables to process orders without the need to follow the complete Dine-in process. Tabs and Virtual tables can be transferred or linked to a regular Dine-in Table at any point during the order process.
Fine dining can be managed based on course-based menus. Food ordering and payment receipts can be based on the food course count.
Users can assign orders to seats to streamline service. Food ordering and receipts can be arranged based on the seat number.
Servers can hold order items at the POS and send them to the kitchen with precise timing for preparation based on course numbers, allowing greater control over the serving time for ordered items.
The Kitchen Display System (KDS) allows Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) to be displayed on a touch-based screen along with the ability to still print the KOT receipts if desired. Products will be visible on the KDS based on the Product Group mappings.
Completed order items can be recalled by the chef for re-preparation in the kitchen as needed.
Gratuity management allows for the manual configuration of gratuity in an order or it can be automatically added as per a defined percentage or setting.
Party and table reservations can be booked based on a selected time block in the calendar. Tables can be assigned based on selected Table Tags. Customers and floor managers can be set up to receive notifications of upcoming reservations.
Modifiers are a great way to add variations to menu items without having to create a separate product each time. For example, if you are selling a sandwich, you may want to give your customers the option to customize their sandwich fillings and condiments.
Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) are configured to print to individual printers in the kitchen based on the Product Group Mappings.
In busy food service operations, pager numbers can be linked to each order and item for customer tracking and to also facilitate self-service.
Reservations, Wait Lists and Greeting notifications can be sent to customers and managers via SMS and Email.
Table layouts can be configured visually by using a drag-n-drop operation in the grid of Table Tiles.
At the POS, a Restaurant Floor View is available for quick-glance efficiency. For ease of status identification, tables are visible in configurable colors based on their service mode.
Management Console users can view the current table occupancy chart in a tabular format.
Transaction, KOT Receipts, Reservations and Occupancy reports are all available. Reporting Dashboards are also included and provide detailed business insights. All reports and dashboards can be customized to meet individual business needs. In addition, new reports and dashboards can be designed if desired, using the built-in proprietary report writing tools that come with the solution.
Table operations can be mapped to Wildcards for quicker POS operation processing.
There is inbuilt functionality available as standard, to manage customer waiting lists, allocate tables, to send SMS and Email notifications.
