User permission in SAPB1 for Integrating SAPB1 data

Environment :

iVend 6.6 and SAP HANA / SAP SQL Server 

Problem Statement : 

Data updated in the SAP but it not integrating to the iVend.

Symptoms :

Updated data not showing in the iVend and event is also not showing in the Integration Monitor.

Resolution/workaround: 

Idea

 Check if SAP Technical user have permission or not if not then give permission.

Steps to give permission

Step 1: Open SAP Lanscape Directory.


Step 2: Select the Database and get the user id.



SAPB1 HANA :-

Step 3: Go to HANA Database and select the same user.


Step 4 : Double Click on user and go to Object Privilege .


Step 5:  Click on “+” button and add the object “CXSIntegration”.


Step 6 : Give the permission on below actions.

ALTER 

CREATE ANY

DELETE

EXECUTE

INSERT

SELECT

UPDATE

SAPB1 SQL Server :

SAPB1 DB User &  B1 RW User should have admin rights on SAPB1 database(including commondb)  & CXSIntegration database.
