Stock transfer created from SAP B1 not integrating with iVend
Environment
iVend 6.5 Update 6 and 6.6 with SAPB1 9.2
Problem Statement
Stock transfer created from SAP B1 not integrating with iVend
Symptoms
No integration record in CXSintegration and no stuck record.
Resolution/Workaround
When user makes Stock Transfer Shipment from SAPB1 General Warehouse to iVend Retail store using SAPB1 Inventory Transfer screen, user will require to select the parameter "FOR STORE" and after that user will select General Warehouse in FROM STORE and Retail Warehouse in TO STORE. Once it is completed, Stock Transfer Shipment will be available in Store MC to be received.
Note: In case the "for store" feature isn't checked while creating Stock Transfer Shipment in SAPB1 and user update this parameter FOR STORE later,SAPB1 Stock Transfer Shipment will not integrate with iVend .It may also result in data inconsistency between SAP and iVend for such documents.
