Problem statement:

Failed to connect System Landscape Directory (SLD); contact your system administrator while opening SAP B1
Resolution/Work Around:
Start ‘SAP Business One Server Tools Service’ From Services
Recommendations /Suggestion:
if still error then you can follow below point as a workaround.
1. Rename SAP** Folder
C:\Users\(your user)\Local Settings\Application Data (or AppData)\SAP
2.Make Sure ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf\b1-local-machine.xml’ IP Address Mentioned here correct one or Server Name.
3.Verify the direction of the IP Address and Name Of Server in the Host File that is in
“C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts”
4.Open SAP Business One as “Run As Administrator”
5.Clean Temp Folder via Open Run Command –> %Temp% –> Enter –> Delete All Files
6.Please Check Antivirus or Firewall Settings too.
