POS error "Socket connect to VitalTNS failed"
Environment :iVend 6.6 8567
Problem Statement : The POS is showing below error while doing payment through card
""Error Payment Processor :Socket connect to VitalTNS failed.. please swipe the card again or with another card.
Symptoms: NA
Resolution/Work Around : This error can be caused by any one of the following factors:
1.Need to confirm at the top of NETePay window it does not show “Offline"
2. Follow below below link point as a workaround
3.DataCap Support Team comments :- The deployment is communicating to us but the error means they cannot get out of the local network to the processor, Tsys. Whoever maintains their network would need to make sure they can connect to ssl2.vitalps.net on port 5003
