Error - SAP Business One Connection Error - No SAP Licenses.

Problem Statement

Getting an error while updating the “Integration Service Configuration” – “SAP Business One Connection Error – No SAP Licenses”.

 

Proposed Solution/Workaround:

Need to make sure that license is available under the license Administration under the SAP under the correct company.


Need to make sure that the “CXSiVend ” user is marked for “Professional.”


Please make sure that the user is a Super user.

 

Steps

Login to SAP Business One>>Go to Administration>>License>>Click on License Administration.


Make sure that company name is correct for which you are configuring the integration service.


Confirm, by checking the company name under Allocation: -



Note : You can confirm, by using below path that if you are looking at the correct company name with the correct Database or not.


Login to SAP Business One>>Go to Administration>>Choose Company>>”Select Company".

 

Make sure that license is allocated under allocation.


Go to Assignment and make sure that ”CXSiVend” user has a check mark for “Professional”.
