SAP Business One Connection Error -Error during SBO user authentication

 iVend 6.6 integrated with SAP B1

Problem Statement 

At the time update Integration Service Configuration  service customer was facing below error message

“SAP Business one connection error : Error during SBO user authentication”

 

 Proposed Solution

Need to check below point .

If SAP DATABSE,CXSINTEGRATION DATABBASE ,iVEND DATABASE on same server then check on below below path 

In SAP screen ,Administration-Choose company -

if choose company configuration SAP screen,  if server name is in the form of IP address then iVend configuration then  need to update server name as  IP  address all three tab (SAB Business One, iVend Enterprise, and integration) on  integration service configuration in  iVend Configuration Manager 

if choose company configuration SAP screen,  if server name is in the form of server name (Alphabet ) then iVend configuration then  need to update server name in the form of server name (Alphabet ) all three tab (SAB Business One, iVend Enterprise, and integration) on  integration service configuration in  iVend Configuration Manager 

Note :Server name should be same in both place , in Chose company configuration and iVend configuration screen
