SAP Business One Connection Error - Password has expired

Problem: 

Getting an error “SAP Business One Connection Error - Password has expired” while updating the Integration Service.


 

Cause

The above error occurs when the password of the SAP user CXSiVend got expired.


Procedure:

  1. Open SAP B1.


  1. Login with the User CXSiVend, after that you will come across the below window: -

 

  1. Setup the new password.


  1. Go to Main Menu >> choose Administration >> Setup>> Users. Open CXSiVend User setup window and check the Checkbox password never expires.



  1. Update the new password in the Integration Service Configuration.
