Environment :
iVend 6.6 with SAPB1
Problem Statement :
Error “Retrieving the COM class Factory for component with CLSID” in integration configuration.
Resolution/Work Around :
Check both tag must be added in the configuration file(ReplicationSBOIntegrationWinSer.exe.config).

<add key="SBODomainName" value=""/>
We check that Interop.SAPbobsCOM.dll are available in folder Version_10 (C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\Integration) if using SAP 10.
Re install the DIAPI service.
