Defined product price in SAP not coming on Point of Sale.

Environment: 

iVend Retail 6.6 7747 SAP Business One 9.3


Problem Statement: 

Price List attached to the customer in SAP B1, same price list is attached on Item Master in SAP B1.


Item Price in SAP B1 is 2.46. Also the item price in iVend price list is 2.46.


However when users are scanning the same product for the same business Partner it is showing different price 2.99


Symptoms: 

Configuration issue.


Resolution/Work Around: 

Solution Steps are below.


1: Login in SAP Business One.


2: Go to Business Partner >> Click on Business Partner Master Data.


3: Search Customer>> Click on General Tab.

There is a check box middle left side "Use BP Price List For Retail"

This check box should be checked.

 

Recommendations /Suggestion: 

Make sure the correct BP Price List should attach on BP master, and  "Use BP Price List For Retail" should be enabled in SAP B1.
