Problem statement :
When clicking the Config button in the Hardware Registration window, the system displays the following error for the hardware profile and cash drawer.
Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\ManagementConsole\CXS.Hardware.ReceiptPrinter.OPOS.dll' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)
