Accumulating points from a transaction that has Loyalty points as a tender type

iVend Query: 

How to resolve the issue of accumulating points from a transaction that has loyalty points set as a tender type?

Issue: 

When a customer has accumulated reward points from a transaction that has loyalty points set as a tender type, he will not get points for that transaction.

Solution: 

We can make the configuration setting in loyalty point like below:

Log into the iVend Management Console and navigate to: Operations > Loyalty > Loyalty Setup – the Loyalty Program screen comes up.

Select the Loyalty Plan you wish to modify by pressing the [F4-Edit] key, to bring up the Loyalty Setup page.

Make sure to check the box against “Award Points On Account Tender” and uncheck the box against “Do Not Award Points On Redemption”
