Problem Statement :

Points not accumulating for Loyalty customers

Proposed Solution :

Loyalty points are not accumulating for the customers created after new change. Customer created in SAP B1 is flowing to ivend and the loyalty program also assigned but the loyalty section is not appearing for the customer. Due to this loyalty points are not accumulating to the customer. Product Team investigated the issue and provided the DLLs to fix this issue.

Steps Need To Perform : 

1. Login into SAP B1 and create new customer.
2. Login to iVend and verify the Customer.
3. Verified the customer and loyalty program also assigned.
4. Verified the customer screen for new customer and loyalty section is not appearing for the customer.
5. Loyalty points are not accumulating for the new customer.
6. Stop the integration service .
7. Copy the loyalty addon latest dlls and paste it on production environment in integration folder.
8. Copy the event script and paste it and execute in production environment for sap database.
9. Start the integration service and Verify all new dlls and event script.
10. Login with iVend application and check the loyalty points.
