Unable to Start iVend Add-on in SAP Business One

Environment:

iVend Retail 6.6 7989 & SAP Business One 10.0

Problem statement:

Unable to start iVend Add-on in SAP Business One

Error:Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\CXS\CitiXsys iVend AddOn\CitiXsys Ivend AddOn.exe' is denied


Resolution/Work Around: 


Follow below steps to resolve the case.

1: Go to the below path and make sure windows logged in user has full admin rights on CitiXsys iVend add-on folder.

C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\CXS\CitiXsys iVend AddOn


2: Make sure all the iVend add-on exe should kill in task manager, check below.
