Unable to receive Good receipt PO

Issue: 

While trying to receive a Good receipt PO and pressing OK, it takes back to the main screen without doing anything.

 

Cause: 

The cause for the reported concern was that  CurrentNumber of the ”GoodsReceiptPO '' exceeded the End Number defined in Document number series for “GoodsReceiptPO”.

For example: If in the document number series of  ” GoodsReceiptPO” the End number is defined as 999 and the current number of the ” GoodsReceiptPO” is 1000 then the system shows this behavior.

 

Resolution: 

Go to the concerned “Document number series” and increase the EndNumber. OR if Business requires, create new valid document number series for GoodReceiptPO
