Unable to receive stock transfer at store
Query:
Unable to receive stock transfer at the store because not visible in the “Stock Transfer Receipt” search window. For example;
A stock transfer request was made from RW02 Warehouse requesting inventory from RW01 Warehouse as shown below:
Then the Stock transfer shipment was done from RW01 Warehouse as shown below:
After that, we searched the Concern Stock transfer in “Stock transfer Receipts” but didn’t find any.
Resolution:
To receive the Stock Transfer, you must click on the “New Button” in “Stock Transfer Receipt” and it will take you to the “Stock transfer shipment” window from where you can receive the inventory as shown below:
