Product Update at Sage X3 and automatically 'RequireAgeVerification' flag sets to one in iVend
Environment:
Sage X3 & iVend 6.6 7825
Problem Statement:
It was noticed with Sage-iVend connector that when any product updates in Sage X3 and integrates to iVend, the 'RequireAgeVerification" flag automatically sets to 1 due to this product always asks for age verification at the time of selling in iVend POS.
Symptoms:
It was noticed with Sage-iVend connector that when any product updates in Sage X3 and integrates to iVend, the 'RequireAgeVerification" flag automatically sets to 1 due to this product always asks for age verification at the time of selling in iVend POS.
Resolution/Work Around:
iVend-Sage Connector configuration XML File 'product_emtoivend' didn't have correct nodes information and our product Team corrected the configuration for this XML file .
Recommendations /Suggestions:
If such issue is raised, then need to check iVend-Sage Connector configuration XML File 'product_emtoivend' and may involve the development team.
