Item is not appearing at one store

Environment:

iVend 6.6 with SAP B1 10

Problem Statement:

We have an item appear in all stores and working fine except for 1 store replication is also  working fine to this store  and their is no any records  stuck in replication monitor .

Proposed solution:

Please check whether the item is locked for concerned warehouse or not. If the item is locked then please unlock it and restart the replication service .
