Problem Statement

While scanning the serial/batch item on POS  all the serial/ batch item is appearing instead if one batch/serial.

ROOT CAUSE

IF THE VENDOR TYPE" SERIALBATCH" IN BARCODE MASK SETUP WILL NOT SET ALL THE  SERAIL /BATCH ITEM WILL APPEAR IN SEARCH SCREEN INSTEAD OF SINGLE SERIAL/BATCH ITEM .

Proposed solution

Go to barcode mask setup and   add the additional field in barcode mask which is “serialbatch”
