How to setup Automatic End Of Day.
You can now schedule EOD to trigger Automatically . For this  EndofDay event is required to be triggered on POS. This article will show the basic steps that need to configure Automatic End Of Day.

Please Note:  Automatic End of Day changes the Business date in the system. Point of Sale will need to be restarted for new Business date to take effect. In case POS is not restarted, a message would be flashed at the top of POS screen.

Resolution / Steps:

1-Current and next business dates can be seen at the End of the day screen as shown Below:


2- Select Scheduler Service Configuration.

3- Enter all details and update the Scheduler Service Configuration screen and Run the service as shown below:


4- Go to Store and open the store and Check Do automatic EndofDay option. Once done, enter value in Automatic Endofday Time field and click on OK button as shown below:


5- With correct system configuration as above, EOD will trigger at scheduled time. You can verify the Current and next Business date from END of Day screen as shown below:
