How to set a discount for individual items when iVend is integrated with SAP.
Solution
In an integrated iVend Landscape item's price list is maintained in ERP. Thus in that case you can use SAP's "Period and Volume Discount Screen" to define an item level discount
To Achieve this please follow the below steps:
1-Open SAP > Inventory > Price List > Period and Volume discounts below screen will open:
2-Select Price list and item.
3-Double click on item row below screen will open:
4-Set discount and click update. After saving the changes wait for integration to get clear and the selected item discount will be updated in iVend.
