Problem Statement : 

How can customer check if iVend License keys in Enabled or Borken status

Steps :

Open the CXS License Admin Tool where iVend HO database exist and follow the steps.
SELECT “RETURN A LICENSE BUTTON” 
 

CHOOSE NEXT


CHOOSE NEXT


CHOOSE NEXT


CHOOSE NEXT


SELECT “FULLFILL  ID” DROP DOWN AND CHOOSE LICENSE KEY


 
AND CHECK YOUR LICENSE EXPIRATION DATE.CLICK ON ONLY CANCEL BUTTON TO EXIT IN THIS WINDOW.
 
 Note : It will help you to check if licenses are in Broken or with another status. Some times, it has been noticed While providing License information, customer/partner return the license by clicking on CANCEL Button.
