How to hide Discount Field over customer master screen for specific user
Problem Statement \scenario:
While creating customer from POS, POS user mentioned 80% or 50% discount after which item was scanned and discount was applied as defined for the customer.
Resolution :
Below are the steps user require to follow-up for hide Non Mandatory Field
Step 1: Go to Customer Master screen. Right Click go Layout => Customization
Step 2: Customization Box will appear. Do a drag and drop for the rows which are not needed
Step 3: Again right click on view go to Layout => Save => Default, to save the layout customization
Step 4: Success message will appear on Top
Step 5: Now whenever the user will open the screen again, the screen with new customization will appear.
Rectification Steps : So suggested configure below KB article lin if new customization will appear for specific user
Note : Incase if you configure multiple discount over store MC based on item \customer then discount will be applied based on to configure Discount Resolution Setup
